Good customer service repair is done in a timely manner. Respectable conversation always at the same location. Answers text in a timely manner. Gave me a refund on a fix because he was unsure of his repair and I appreciate it because it was something new to him, but he tried his best to fix it for me after telling me he may not be able to fix it. And being honest, in the first place, if you're going to go with anyone shop with him.
