I called Mr. Hart and asked for an estimate on some drywall work on a house we might buy. There was no promise of him getting work. Knowing this, he took my info, looked at the house pictures on Zillow and got back to me with a quote in about 30 minutes. That says a lot about this man. If we buy this house I won’t shop around, I’ll call Mr . Hart to do the work!
