I cannot say enough about how pleased I have been with their service. My first visit here I bought four new tires. Within the next few months I had to come back multiple times because I ran over nails or hit potholes.
One time they were able to patch my tire and charged me nothing because it was under warranty. A second time my wheel rim was bent due to a pothole, and they again fixed it at no charge.
Every time I’ve come to this Firestone it has been as a walk-in, and I have never waited more than two hours for them to complete their inspection and repair my tires. They have been about the only mechanic in Clarksville that have... read full review

I’ve been visiting Firestone in Sango, TN, on Winn Way, for quite some time now. I really value how easy it is to drop off my car there. Steve and the staff are always so friendly and give me great information. I’d definitely suggest this place for all your vehicle maintenance needs.

Came in with a flat…found out I had nails in two tires. They were able to fix them up in little to no time! Everyone is so kind and happy! It was the best experience I could have had in this situation
