Allen was out tech that checked out our generator and was very knowledgeable and professional. He explained all that he did and it was one of the coldest days that he had to work in. We recommend this company and will surely call them for future needs.

10/10 WILL use again, they were fast l, courteous, professional and had the job that was originally intended done quick then solved another problem that that had been in the electrical. Had all the parts on truck, didnt have any wait time and paid on site. Best service from a company I've had in a long time thanks to Allen and miguel

Had an electrical issue that needed professional attention. Contacted DES, because they had done work at our church before. Seth and Wyatt came out, diagnosed the problem and replaced the faulty parts within 30 minutes. I was very impressed by their professionalism. The cost was more than reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone. Only issue I had is that Seth is a Dallas Cowboys fan. NY Giants all day.
