As a first-time homebuyer, I couldn't have asked for a better experience with Jasmine. She was patient, easy to talk to, and took the time to walk me through every step so I always knew what was going on. I really felt she had my best interest in mind throughout the entire process. If I could give her ten stars, I would. I highly recommend her as a realtor, especially for first-time homebuyers.
Besides our new home, Jasmine was the best part of our home buying experience. As first-time homebuyers, it was so important for us to have a realtor who was patient, communicative, and truly understanding—and she exceeded every expectation. Jasmine was incredibly professional while also being down to earth and warm-spirited, which made the entire process feel far less overwhelming. Day or night, she was always available to answer our questions and consistently advocated on our behalf. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better realtor. Jasmin Ivy, Broker, is a true real estate professional and provided me guidance during our time working together. She entered into the sale of our home, understanding our full situation and had a solid game plan from day one. Her pricing strategy was on point and we got a lot of traction to our listing.
Ultimately, we decided to rent the house out long-term. When we gave her the news, she took it with compassion which I’ve found to be rare in this industry. When we do decide to sell the home again, we will absolutely be contacting her to broker the sale.
