Jasmin Ivy, Broker, is a true real estate professional and provided me guidance during our time working together. She entered into the sale of our home, understanding our full situation and had a solid game plan from day one. Her pricing strategy was on point and we got a lot of traction to our listing.

Ultimately, we decided to rent the house out long-term. When we gave her the news, she took it with compassion which I’ve found to be rare in this industry. When we do decide to sell the home again, we will absolutely be contacting her to broker the sale.

Jasmin was extremely helpful with my family and I relocating back to the Clarksville area! Detailed oriented, veteran of the real estate business she made the transition back to the area seamless. And was able to knock things out that we couldn’t be there in person for! Recommend any and everybody consider her for your housing needs!!
