I'd like to give a shout out to Danny..he came and saved me and my family from melting in this scolding heat yet again!! This was our 2nd interaction in the past 2 years and each time he got right to the issue! He's a very knowledgeable guy who doesn't mind answering any questions! We were sweating like a coke bottles at a bbq now the air is comming out colder than a polar bears paws! Thanks again Danny!
My ac unit wasn't cooling properly and I called Dawson & Dawson on the recommendation from multiple friends. Danny came to the house and diagnosed the problem quickly, and had it blowing cold air in no time. He did have to do an additional repair, but told me what day and time he'd be back, and again showed up promptly. He was very polite and efficient, and the cost was much lower than other estimates I received. Would strongly recommend this company and use them again myself!
Called them as they last serviced my unit, they got Travis out writhing 24 hours and he was great, fast, knowledgeable and talked me through everything. Very happy with the service and urgency.
