I live in Michigan, however I had an excellent phone encounter with this store. My package accidentally got returned to them due to FedEx damaging it. FedEx did alert any of us regarding the damage but Buff City Soap Clarksville helped me to resolve this situation and re-shipped out my order within an hour of speaking with them. Excellent customer service!

Such a great experience! Sara was such a sweetheart and helped us pick out many different items. She was patient, and knowledgeable!! Love Buff City Soaps and all the unique products they offer!

The staff is so helpful, friendly and welcoming! As soon as my daughter and I step foot in the store we are greeted and a staff member offers her soap or to paint a bath bomb so I can shop! Today, we were greeted and the girl remembered us and how my daughter was wanting a unicorn soap- she quickly grabbed her one made with her favorite colors. It made my day to be remembered and for my daughter to feel so special! We love shopping here. I am obsessed with every “all hail the queen.” My husband has to shave daily for work (Army) and he swears by the shave bar and will never use anything else! 100/10 recommend this store!
