We were visiting family from out of town and had to take our sick baby in to be seen on the 4th. The nurses and doctors were great, so friendly and kind. The front desk worker was not. She was not clear with instructions and made us feel stupid with filling out paperwork. It would have been a perfect visit if the first face we saw when we walked in was kind and helpful.
We were visiting our son in Clarksville and my wife Injured her wrist they suggested an xray had that was done within 15 min, results were back within an hour of our visit results were a bad bruise no fracture, thank god. The urgent care was clean, they were fast and very friendly and gave her peace of mind about her condition which has improved quite a bit over the past couple days.
I arrived as a walk in approximately 10:30 am. I wanted to test for strep throat. I was seen within 15 mins, vitals checked and swabbed for that, plus COVID and flu A/B (my choice). The wait for the tests results and NP was another 15 mins. Which was fine. Check in is available at the front desk where you can receive a link to your phone to input patient information while waiting. The front desk worker, the nurse, and NP were all very nice, helpful and clarifying.
