I have been using these folks for home health care after a major joint replacement. I find them to be responsive, dedicated and friendly. I have encountered ZERO problems from any staff in person or otherwise. Highly recommend if you need home health. Bob is especially amazing! (phys therapist). I think home health is life changing.
