I can not say enough good things about FirstLight! Our caregiver was Dee and she was absolutely amazing with my dad! She loved him as he was her own dad. Our family was beyond blessed to have had Dee and FirstLight through our difficult time!

I worked for this business for a while and great staff, and management! i loved every second working with them and if i didn’t move i most definitely would still with them! they’re very understanding as well if you ever thought about joining their team!

If you want a company that CARES - I can’t recommend First Light enough! Your loved ones are their number one priority, going above and beyond to make sure they find coverage, fit a great match with client and caregiver and clients are not just numbers on paper, it is family. I am working for First Light for over 1 1/2 years and as much as they care about their clients they also do the same for the caregiver. I have not been with a better company before and I am working in healthcare for many years. They listen, are understanding and work with you every way possible. I wholeheartedly recommend First Light if you want your family member in the best hands possible.
