Only been once, but I am excited to go and try out the various classes that are offered. The hot room had such a relaxing energy and the class I took with Casey was wonderful! Highly recommend this friendly studio. (Note: if you have never taken a hot yoga class, the unlimited 2 week offer is awesome as they also include the mat and towel!)

The studio is a lovely place for my practice. The yogis are friendly and lead us through variations that we can manage. I appreciate having a hot yoga studio to frequent to help my body ease pain and discomfort while working on my strength.

No better place than this. It’s a cozy studio with warm, friendly instructors. The classes are outstanding. I feel like I always leave with a refreshed mind and a rejuvenated body. This is where I started my yoga journey, and so should you!
