My experience with Shae was absolutely wonderful! She was personable and accommodating but beyond her client service skills she gave me the best hair i've probably ever received. I am beyond thrilled. I walked in lookin a hot mess and despite Shae having had to deal with a VERY rude client right before me, she never missed a beat or let it throw her off. She did a fantastic job and I will not be going to another stylist so long as I reside in Tennessee.

Had a lovely visit to New Dimension 2. Patty was friendly and we had a good chat while she worked her magic on my hair. She took her time to make sure the cut looks good and has plenty of texture. I'm very happy with the end result and will visit again.
