Billy was friendly, efficient and professional. He looked over all of the HVAC systems, and cleaned a large glob of slime out of the drain tube saving us a lot of potential problems. He didn't mind all of my questions and watching him work. Also, the price was much lower than other local businesses. Well done and I will use this service again.

I highly recommend Mr. Kool & Heating co. I have been using them for the twice a year preventative maintenance check ups on my HVAC systems. I recently had them come out for a service call when one of my heat pumps wasn't functioning during a very cold spell. They got the unit running and took the time to explain what had happened. Their technicians are very knowledgeable, show up on time and take pride in their work. From what I've seen, you can't go wrong with the Mr. Kool & Heating Co.

I met Alex and Mike at the HVAC supply shop when I was trying to fix my heat pump. They came over and checked out my system the same day and rescued me before I went out of town. When the unit developed another problem, they came out and fixed it right away. These are my HVAC guys. They will not leave you without heat or air. They're a local 2nd generation business, and they will treat you like family. Even my dog likes Paul (although the treats may have helped)!
