We custom ordered an Alliance Valor 44v14 and A&L treated us very well. They took us seriously and made sure we had all the options and features we wanted. Their sales and management communicated well with me and kept me in the loop during the ordering, manufacturing, and delivery process. There was a mixup in the order and A&L made sure everything was 100% right. Their service team that preps the RVs were top notch as well. We are very impressed with the service department at A&L in Christiana (Murfreesboro), Tennessee. We purchased our Brinkley from them and purchased an extended warranty. Our unit had some internal asthetic damage (our fault) that they repaired perfectly. We also had some warranty work done and they took care of it easy peasy. They do excellent work and are wonderful about getting your rv in and back to you in a very timely manner. I highly recommend A&L.
