Service time was good but the price was too high for pants and shirts. Launder and press pants - $10 each, launder, and press shirts - $5 each. That is way too much. Pick-up attendant was not the friendliest person. Definitely do them at home next time or find a less expensive place. First-time customer.

The good side is that the pickup and delivery service was super convenient. Unfortunately, my shirts and suits always came back covered in lint so bad they needed to be washed before I could wear them. Kind of defeats the point of getting them cleaned, if you have to clean them yourself afterwards. At least they didn't break any buttons or cause any other damage.
