Rhonda, the licensed optician here saw me browsing tools on the rack and asked me if I needed help. I recently bought some glasses and adjusted them wrong myself so that they were digging a red mark in my face. She immediately grabbed the tool needed and fixed it immediately with no charge. She's a lifesaver and I'll bring all my further glasses needs here!
