The office staff is incredibly rude here! I waited months for an appointment they called me the day of saying I had to arrive 30 minutes early or I couldn’t be seen when I questioned them about it and explained I was coming from across town, they cancelled my appointment. Stay away from this office! Worst patient care I’ve ever experienced bed setting foot in the door! If this is the care you pay for, go elsewhere!!!!

Jamie Moses, Meaghan Seagrove, and Lacy are AMAZING!! These people not only provide top notch care to their patients, they genuinely care about each and everyone they see. I wouldn’t trust my health to anyone else.

I have been seeing Dr. Gilson for 2 yrs now and I have to say she and her assistant Lacey have been the best thing to ever happen to me! They both have taken the time to get to know my current and past health struggles and have identified missing key issues that when addressed has given me back quality of life which was very much missing! Just recently I had a situation develop and Dr. Gilson along with Lacey worked with me to get it resolved, they both went above and beyond to help me. They are a true dream team and University Diabetes and Endocrine Consultants are blessed to have them!

I had high hopes, as I have heard good things about Dr. Huffman personally, but Dr. Gregoryan was truly awful. Terrible bedside manner. The encounter felt more like an interrogation than a conversation. Very condescending, disrespectful, and the entire encounter was just awkward from beginning to end. No interest in me as a person at all. If you want to build a relationship with a provider she is definitely not the one. As a new patient, this is not a good look. I’m giving the practice another chance with different provider, and will reserve judgement until then (although that provider also has very low reviews on here as well). So disappointing.

I've had the same endocrinologist for the last 8 years. I've never really liked the office (they always seemed behind on appointments)but I liked her and had history with her. She left that office and no one told me. They just canceled my appointment and set an appointment with a different doctor. When I called needing to reschedule my upcoming appointment thinking it was my regular doctor the woman on the phone at first didn't know who I was talking about and finally said the doctor left months ago. I never got notified. Wasn't told where she was going/had gone. And when I asked they had no clue and just kept asking if I wanted to keep the appointment. I did and ever since then my prescriptions haven't been filled right and appointments keep having to be rescheduled. So far I've been to the office 1 time this year and just started using teledoc instead.

Great place to get your diabetes under control! They know what they’re doing. Also have a great nutritionist there. All great at their jobs

This office has gone to hell . Can't send in prescriptions to right pharmacy even though you tell them several times which one. If your insurance needs a prior authorization you can forget that .The lady up front is very rude and won't listen to anything you tell her. .I use to see Hannah but I went in and they put me with another doctor .They have took blood work haven't heard one thing back on it well the first time the place down stairs lost it . I'm currently looking for another doctor to go to as I feel that I'm just getting medication thrown at me when they do send it to the right pharmacy. Hannah was a great doctor but the shit show they have there right now I would not refer anyone there . Avoid this place at all cost they do not have your health in their best interests.

I honestly don’t leave reviews often unless asked, but in this case I felt the need to pin some roses on some noses. Lol I have been seeing Dr. Karen Gilson for a little over a year. I had a few issues due to illness and weather where I had to reschedule appointments, by no fault of the office, and I will say they have to schedule out a bit if that’s something you have to do. BUT as a previous medical assistant who worked in referrals for another office, I realize this is because there are not many other endocrinologists in the area and they are very overloaded with patients. (My opinion) ANYWAYS, I just want to let people know that Dr. Gilson is, by far, one of the ABSOLUTE BEST and most KNOWLEDGEABLE doctors I’ve ever met. She listens at every appointment and gives me her honest opinion and backs her information with research and facts. I have been a diabetic for over 20 years and I’ve never met someone like her. In her first visit with me, she pulled up the chair in front of me and told me “this isn’t your fault”. I’ve been type 2 diabetic since I was 13 years old, and have always basically been told it was. I could have cried when she explained thoroughly how a gene I have (that she found out about) caused this to happen and it wasn’t JUST because of unhealthy lifestyle choices (although I realize that contributes). She works with me at every visit to come up with the best option for me and within the last few months my A1C has come down over 3 points and I’ve lost weight as well. I can literally talk all day about her, she is amazing. She has given me hope that I may be able to eventually come off of some, if not all, of my diabetic medication in the future! I am so thankful for Dr. Gilson and Lacey (her assistant)!

Honestly horrible. Truly terrible. It breaks my heart to say that too because I she been a patient for more than 7 years at this point. If cancelling my appointments 4 times in a row wasn’t bad enough, I explained that I needed a referral due to moving and they have dragged their feet for months. If you cancel on them within 24 hours, you owe them $50. By my math I’m owed $200, but I’ll settle for a callback if they have the integrity to do so. Do yourself a favor and don’t bother with this sinking ship. Find someone who cares.

I was referred by my primary care provider. My appointment was with Dr. Grigoryan. She took the time to listen to my concerns and answered questions. She then explained her treatment to get me feeling better again. Her nurse was helpful and friendly when he called with test results.
