Bri, the beauty consultant, made my day when I came into this Ulta. I recently had surgery and wanted to cover up my scars until I healed. I never wore makeup before but she helped me find the basics to achieve the natural look I was going for. You’re the best, thanks girl!

Got a nice haircut. Y'all need to reevaluate your tip presumption at the register. I was not asked if I'd like to leave a tip on my card. I was asked - how much would you like to give so-and-so?. My last impression of the experience was that a tip was actually a required service charge and an assumption that I hadn't already tipped with cash, which I had. Rephrase the question as an option to tip, which it is, and don't assume people haven't already tipped.
