There was some misunderstanding. I probably shouldn't have left a review yet because we have only gone through one cycle, but they ended up not performing a IUI for the first cycle even though we paid for one.

I'm a bit late writing this review ( nearly 5 years to be exact seeing as how our fertility baby just turned 4 recently. )
After nearly 8 years of trying, my husband and I took a leap of faith and scheduled an appointment at The Fertility Center in Chattanooga TN.
Immediately we were advised on the costs, and prepared for the tests. Dr.Donesky was incredibly knowledgeable and explained every little detail to us, including our options moving forward.

The Doctors and staff at The Fertility Center are absolutely wonderful! Every time we go there they are so kind, considerate, helpful, knowledgable, and professional. We have gone there for two pregnancy's now, (the first being for our little boy who is almost 3 now, and also for the baby I'm currently pregnant with). Dr. Donesky specifically has gone above and beyond to be there for us as we struggled to get pregnant this last time around. He answered all my questions, and was kind and considerate beyond belief.
