Since owner change their quality has gone way down. They don't offer many color choices and all of the young staff are inexperienced and can't do many of the latest styles

I received a pedi & mani. Pedi wasn't so good due to factor me having to tell the young man everything to do, which I shouldn't have to do. Also for a $55 pedi, my feet shouldn't been feeling so extra relaxed etc. The towel wraps for my legs wasn't very warm at all. I truly didn't expect this at all!!

This is the second time within a month that I have had to walk out of this establishment with no services. At opening staff is very limited. Most of the clients here are not treated well. I will probably not be going to this Nail Spa again.
