I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at Suntan City today was beyond frustrating and absolutely unacceptable. I went in for a spray tan before an important beach trip, and what followed was nothing short of a disaster.
The moment my session ended, the spray tan immediately started pouring down my legs. I was soaking wet with streaks everywhere, and instead of helping or offering a solution, the staff acted completely indifferent. When I asked to use a drying machine to at least salvage the mess, I was told no and instructed to go home, shower, and then come back. Really?

Been going here for 3 years. Recent change in staff who aren't quite as friendly and seem to lack training. Twice I've gone into the room, git undressed, in the bed and they forgot to turn the bed on. Making me have to get our of the bed and put on clothes to tell them

The five stars is for Shayla at the Gunbarrel location. I had a billing issue so I called customer service and went to the Hixson location. No one would help me. I stopped by the Gunbarrel location just to see if they could do anything and Shayla was so helpful. She got my problem resolved in a few minutes. Thank again!!
