Phantom was a great customer service experience. They were able to promptly get me on the schedule for a tint job and were able to hand the car back off at the estimated time. The tint looks perfect. I couldn't be happier with the results. There was one very minor scrape on a piece of trim, but Phantom Films notified me of it before pickup, ordered a replacement piece from the manufacturer, and installed it for me. It was extremely minor. I wouldn't have even noticed it, but the above and beyond effort to correct the problem is exactly why I will use them again in the future.
Exceptional service. I recently bought a Tesla and the purchasing process asked if we wanted window tinting (yes), and Phantom Films was the only option Tesla offered in Chattanooga. I was skeptical of having to deal with *any* window tinting business, but was impressed with Phantom Films. The owner was courteous and attentive. He explained the process, answered all my questions thoroughly, and was even willing to discuss services we had already paid for - but probably didn't need. I’m very picky and neurotic when it comes to services like these - I was extremely pleased with the customer service, the cleanliness of the waiting room/shop and the services provided. This is the place to come if you want the job done perfectly - tinting job quality was A+.
