Usually when I visit Stowers I am going there to pick up much needed parts. Their parts department is fantastic. I almost always deal with Randall. He goes out of his way to help me in every way that he can. If you need Cat or Bandit parts this is where you want to go for sure!
Rented a single person lift for a one-day job. Delivery guy Ronald was efficient and polite. Spoke with Justin by phone. He was courteous and professional. The lift equipment was clean, and in good working order. Stowers will be my "go-to" for future rental equipment.
AJD PLUMBING more than happy with the New 305 we bought. Wes Reece really is your guy if you need equipment. He made it happen. I took my older 303 in to service and it had some major problems. Within a week Wes had a 305 ready to go so we could get back to installing septic systems. Really blown away at how well this machine performs and a great experience overall with Stowers. We plan to buy a 301.7 very soon and it will be from these guys. Really greatful for Wes’ dedication to his customers needs!
