In over 40+ years of home ownership, I never before had to file a claim for damage. After the tree was removed from the roof, Stephen and Michael came and surveyed the damage. We agreed for them to meet with the adjuster and contact the insurance company about the work until the roof was completely repaired. The cleaning and debris removal was excellent, like they had never been there! This team has been very professional and showed the customer was their main concern to have all damage covered. Someone called back within an hour of my leaving a message. He said that he would be out at 8 am the next morning. At 8 am, he was pulling into the driveway. Another man drove up a few minutes later. They got up on the roof, found the damaged area and fixed it. I would not hesitate to use them again. Also, very reasonable...professional and polite.

Replacing 4300 square feet of aging shingles with a standing seam metal roof felt like a big decision. I contacted several Chattanooga-area roofing companies, and Southern Guardian quickly became my top choice. Their quote was the most detailed and their salesperson took the time to come out to my property and explain the entire process in detail. What struck me was that everyone involved in the project was very passionate about roofing systems, and took the time to explain and educate about the pros and cons of each decision with full transparency and candor.
