It was covered under warranty. So I had to pay nothing but if I did have to pay. I would still use them again
Recently, I have problems with my GE washing machine not draining. I had Best Buy come out here three×1st time to diagnose the problem. Second time to replace the drain pump third time to replace the inverter board and the problem persisted.
I called GE consumer relations at that time they gave me four names of GE technicians that worked in the Chattanooga area. I called one of the four technicians which was southern appliance solutions made an appointment and Jason came out diagnosed the problem which was the drain pump and a motor at that time he recommended that I called GE consumer relations and order a motor since it was under warranty and then have Best...read full review
We called Southern Appliance Solutions to help us with a problem with our Whirlpool glass top electric range. We are unable to regulate the temperature on the two front dual burners. After checking the range out, Jason, the technician, told us that it would cost as much or more than we originally paid for the range to fix it. He advised that it would be more cost effective to just get a new range and in addition did not charge us the $99.00 diagnostic fee. Thank you so much for your help and advice! This was the first time we called Southern Appliance Solutions, but it certainly won't be the last!
