Fun experience. Definitely coming again. Understaffed and busy, but still not bad. Cold plunge set to 42, heard that's a bit cold for beginners but it was fun and a true test of willpower. Sauna pods were nice. Can see coming once a week as a good self care program.

Super good vibes. Clean. Relaxing. Overall a great experience. The cold plunge was invigorating, but gosh I’m a wimp. I slept great that night after a good sweat and cold plunge. Highly recommend to anyone after a workout or just for some self care. Makes a great date too, they have cabins for 2 and rooms with 2 lay down pods. Highly recommend.Also - they provide makeup wipes in the bathrooms and there’s a shower and towels in every room. You just have to bring yourself.

Been coming here regularly for about a month and am loving it so far. Service is always great! I love having access to the sauna and cold plunge in such a clean, relaxing environment.I opted for the 10 sessions per month membership for $109/month. For around $11 per one hour session, I feel like this price is very reasonable.
