Caden Thompson was responsive, polite and considerate. This was our 1st call with the company. Our upstairs unit wasn’t cooling properly so Caden juiced up the system with refrigerant and found a leak. He squeezed us in on the same day we called and came at 10:30 PM! I’m grateful that we can sleep comfortably until the leak can get fixed in a few days. This was a fantastic referral from my neighbor who is a 20 year customer of Reliable.
I've used Reliable for years now, and every single time they come out it's been a great experience. This morning we had some type of electrical issue, so they sent out this technician named Josh. This guy was awesome! Chill, kind, super knowledgeable, been doing this for 13+ years - really good dude. He spotted the problem within minutes, and he was out the door before I went to work. These guys are the pros, no doubt.
