I have been contracting for almost 40 years. It doesn't take me long to recognize a contractor who is serious about his trade and is top of his game. Tim is one of those. Very glad we used Tim and Joe for our inspection.
Definitely recommend! The inspection report provided was very detailed and thorough. The inspector took the time to show and explain all the issues and provided his recommendations on how to best fix them. Inspector was very responsible and knowledgeable!
Thank you, Joe from Precise Inspections. Joe provided us with a detailed inspection report. Joe took time to explain everything he found to us and even showed us what he was taking about. Could not be happier with our experience with Precise Inspections. Their name says it all. They were very precise with the inspection of our future home. Thank you again. Joe was fantastic, professional, and detailed.
