Bought all pella windows and two sliding doors. Attached is a picture of the casement window crank housing breaking after just 5 years. Three of them are already broken. I expected a better quality from Pella that’s why I bought them.
This review is for Colin Gurley with Chattanooga Pella. He came to our home for an inspection of a window project we had ongoing. He was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. He drove 90 minutes to come to our home. As it turned out he was not able to fix the problem we have because we made the mistake of going to Lowe's for a window purchase rather than using Pella directly. We should have bypassed the big box store for our window/door needs. We put our trust in the wrong company, we should have called Colin Gurley first. I've been working with Pella for windows and sliding doors on all my projects exclusively for the past two years. I'm extremely happy with their products, their prices, but especially with how well their team takes care of me. Mitchell, specifically, is amazing at his job and a delight to work with. I highly recommend!
