All of my children go to this doctor and I was highly disappointed today. My newborn daughter had an appointment at 3:10. We got called back at that time and the nurse checked her and then a resident checked her and said “I’ll go get her doctor.” We were there for an hour and thirty minutes and still had not seen her doctor. The cleaning lady was going to the rooms to clean them and she found us in the room. I poked my head out and let her know that i thought that they had forgotten about us. Sure enough they DID. Her doctor had completely left for the day and the outpatient center was CLOSED. The cleaning lady had went and told someone and there was only one attending left. The attending came in and said I’m so embarrassed and that she felt sick that they had forgotten about us. She said they check the general rooms but not the rooms that are to side of the general hallways. 0 STARS.

There are no better words to say about this hospital and the team that was there on 9/17. My daughter got bit by a dog and had to receive stitches on her forehead. As a new mom, I was a nervous wreck. Crying, praying, cursing.. I prayed on our way to the hospital that God would send me a team who really truly cared for me and my daughter. When I tell you I could have not hand picked a better team. First and foremost I have to give my sincere gratitude and gratefulness for Dr.Davis! That lady is truly living in her calling and you can sense it from her energy and her care! She TRULY cared for us as patients which allowed my nervous system to fully trust her and her judgment. From start to finish Dr.Davis exceeded all of my expectations. She was patient, gentle, understanding and very kind. I would vouch and put Dr. Davis in any room and with any child. Her knowledge and wisdom are astonishing. Her ability to lead her team AND take care of her patients was astonishing. I will remember her work ethic and kindness for an eternity. Trust and believe when you are under care with Dr.Davis she will go exceedingly and abundantly to take care of your children!
Dr.Jowers was also patient, kind, and understanding. My daughter opened up to him almost immediately and he welcomed her with open arms. He is going to have a wonderful career! His patience and kindness did not go unnoticed.
To our nurse Susan, there are NO words to describe my gratitude for Susan. As Dr.Davis and her team was working on my daughter Susan was assuring me as a mother, keeping me updated with every move and emotion, updating me on every step Dr.davis was doing, assured me it’s okay to look away she truly had my back. Often times everyone focuses on the patient but are not aware the mom is hurting too. Susan, as a mom herself knew exactly what I needed. I truly believe she was an answered prayer for me. There is nothing I could do in this lifetime to repay her kindness and dedication to serving her patients. She is truly living in her calling and changing lives. Susan, I pray you are blessed for an eternity because your heart truly shows in all that you do.
Taylor, a literal angel. Taylor kept my daughter distracted with toys kept her calm and at ease. I truly have no idea what we would have done if it wasn’t for Taylor. She is truly gifted and her heart for children does not go unnoticed.
Along with Sophia & Kylie, super caring and kind. With my emotions all over the place they kept searching for solutions on what was the next best thing.
THIS team exceeded all of my expectations! Their ability to work together and gather each others strength created a very beautiful team. I know they will all go far in their careers as their love for their job truly does show in their ability to care for their patient.
To Dr.Davis and her team, I THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart. I asked for the best team and I truly believe my prayers were delivered! I truly believe Dr.Davis’s leadership is what truly shaped our visit. Thank you Dr.Davis for being a light and for serving our community.

Erlanger PICU is amazing the only reason my daughter is alive today!!! Zero complaints and we were there 33 days love the staff!!!

This has to be the SLOWEST ER in the world. We got there at 830 and by 1130 still hadn’t seen any doctor, but you requested the nurse to run a bogus strep test when she’s not even showing signs of STREP??? 3 hours…and now you want a funky strep test without seeing her? Hell did you even look at her chart? This place is terrible, and we just left and went to another one where we got results in 45 mins. 😒

With the exception of a lovely receptionist we encountered once, we've never had a kind staff member. Not the nurses, nor the doctor. Waited with my 3 year old for two hours before having to ask for the doctor, who came right in, who then was condescending and basically told us there wasn't any reason for us to be there. Dr. Atherton has zero bedside manner and none of the nurses seem to like working with children. The communication within the hospital itself is abysmal. Rudeness runs rampant
