Always a wonderful experience visiting Nissan of Chattanooga East! The staff are all so kind and I never worry when I drop my vehicle off for service. I will continue coming to them for the great atmosphere and fantastic employees.
Excellent service done right. I came in to get a ballpark quote on a large number of services my car needed. When I brought the car back to get the work done, they wrote up the official quote and got started.One of the items on the original estimate came in higher on the official work order. I mentioned it, knowing that the original was ballpark. Even so, they immediately adjusted the final price to match the original estimate. It’s rare to find good old fashioned honest service like that any more. Knowledgeable sales team. Offered good quality used truck at a fair price. Answered all my questions. Even if they had to research a question they always got me an answer. Felt like I had new family and friends at the end of the day.
