The turbo quit working in Tennessee on my Nissan Rogue during my trip from Minnesota to Florida. I contacted sales because service was already closed. They were instrumental in communicating with service to help me out and get me taken care of right away the following morning because of my circumstances. Service department came to my rescue at a very stressful time for me so I really appreciate the care and peace of mind they gave me! They are all top notch in my book!! Thank you again very much! I was extremely pleased with service done by the mechanics/s at Nissan East of Chattanooga. The service intake gentleman Tee Dodds was very courteous and professional as well as the courtesy shuttle driver.
Tee Dodds explained everything in detail verbally and sending e-mails. I really liked how the mechanic/s sent videos on what needed to be repaired. Also, if I consented to repairs or declined. Thank you all for the professional service.

Could not have asked for a better service department. Especially from David Mays. The communication throughout the entire maintenance process, the understanding, and grace shown was truly better than I could have ever imagined. My car was riding on its last leg, and I got her back like she was brand new again! Thank you David, and the rest of the team that put in work on this fixer upper. I couldn't put into words how thankful I am for your support.
