Self care is important. I enjoy getting my massages and facials. The Frazier Ave location has the flexibility that I need. Madeline is my go to for massages and Kasey (?) for facials. Everyone is great but they're my favs ?.

The massage was good but the only thing was I thought I had suggested the left side of my shoulder needed some attention. When I ask if she could message it she said my time was up. So maybe next time Beverly could focus on the bad parts of my body. But that being said she was good and we had great conversation.

Natalia was beyond knowledgeable, and she really cares about your skin health. We discussed my skincare routine in great detail, and she made some gentle suggestions to fill in any gaps I had, and she did so without any pressure or sales tactics. I could tell she was passionate and just wanted to make sure I was going to get the results I wanted. It is true that a majority of your results are from your home care routine. If you get treatments at the spa, and don't use sunscreen or moisturizer, you won't gain progress. My dermatologist even agrees. I left feeling clean, refreshed, & I felt like I learned some things.
