Last year I needed my downstairs unit replaced and got multiple quotes. Malone was by far the best. Service was excellent and I was very pleased with the customer service. This year (coldest week of the year so far) my upstairs unit went out. My son’s nursery is upstairs and it was essential to get it fixed. I initially contacted a different company for quote based on a friend’s suggestion. However, the quote seemed extreme and I was told the unit was not repairable. I decided to contact Malone for a second opinion and the tech was exceptional. He suggested I might not need a complete replacement and told me he thought a simple 200$ replacement may be the answer.... read full review

Our upstairs AC went out at our Chattanooga house today and one of my tenants called me around lunchtime to let me know. I called Malone Heating and Air and they came out within 3 hours and got it fixed fast - they were super easy to work with (even from 2 hours away). Very nice and helpful & house is cool again!!! Highly recommend them if you ever need HVAC help!

Mr. Brandon showed app on time was very Curtis.Everything to me what he had to do very polite.I would recommend him to n y to come out and do any kind of service to there unit very polite, very good gentleman.
