I called Lee Company and asked if someone could come take a look at the 30 amp breaker that had started smoking when plugging my dryer back in. Due to the potential fire hazard, the person answering the phone immediately knew the potential risks and was able to dispatch someone the very same day to take a look. Dean arrived, assessed what had happened, and verified that the breaker was indeed defective, then replaced it. I tested the dryer before he left and it was working as it should. I had a lightening event that fried appliances and HVAC…the company that I’ve had a contract with for a few years weren’t able to respond for several days…Lee Electric showed up the next day and have shown appreciation for my business and concerns for my situation. They’ve followed up and are friendly and are now my go too for electrical needs.
