I called Lee Company and asked if someone could come take a look at the 30 amp breaker that had started smoking when plugging my dryer back in. Due to the potential fire hazard, the person answering the phone immediately knew the potential risks and was able to dispatch someone the very same day to take a look. Dean arrived, assessed what had happened, and verified that the breaker was indeed defective, then replaced it. I tested the dryer before he left and it was working as it should. I could not have asked for a better experience with Jason & his partner (wish I could remember his name but I'm old). They worked extensively on 3 of my AC units and repaired 2 and got 1 up and running. They are the way customer service should be modeled across the board. Totally the opposite of my terrible customer service experience with American Air.

I am very pleased with the service that Lee Co. provided to me. My Mother’s AC unit went down on Tuesday around 4:30 pm. I called Lee and explained that what had happened and that my mother has several medical issues. Lee put her on the list and a technician was at her house about 9pm. Jeff, the technician, diagnosed the issue as a bad blower motor but he didn’t have one in his van to fix the issue. Jeff told me he would have to pick up one in Chattanooga the next morning and install it Wednesday. Jeff was back around 10:00am Wednesday and installed the new blower motor. The unit is back up and running. I want to thank Lee Company and Jeff for going above and beyond... read full review
