What a seamless experience working with Ivette at Kitchens of Chattanooga....from our initial consultation, where Ivette listened to our ideas, to reviewing her design and throughout the selection of materials, nothing was overlooked or taken for granted. Ivette is such a knowledgeable professional and is able to communicate her ideas and utilize her years of experience to ensure that you have the kitchen you imagined, but even better thanks to her designer's eye and sensibilities. The installation crew, Klaus and Joey were expert craftsmen and they left no detail overlooked. My cabinets are flawless and my experience was beyond my expectation in every respect.

From the beginning including meeting with Ivette to discuss a plan and choose what I wanted to the completion of my kitchen. Easy to work with and everything was explained in detail. Shelby, who installed the cabinets, went above and beyond with the perfect installation. He also had a helper that was very good and both were very personable. I am so glad I choose KOC to design cabinets (Kitchen, Bath, Wet Bar and Hall) for my new home. Ivette was incredible to work with as she took my vision, improved it, and turned into reality. The road was not entirely smooth, we had issues with a few of the kitchen cabinet doors . That experience is another reason I am so glad I chose KOC. Ivette really stepped up to the plate and provided exceptional customer service. She didn't always have good news, but I knew she was always there doing her absolute best to get the issues resolved. Issues are resolved and I LOVE all of the cabinets. The installation crew is also top notch. Highly recommend the KOC team!
