I went there like 2 weeks ago! My GOOODNESS that lady NATHALIE is RUDE!! (CHECK OUT THE OTHER 1 STAR REVIEWS OF PEOPLE COMPLAINING ABOUT HER AND HER ATTITUDE) And I do HOPE she read this!! I booked with her because of the reviews & was excited! I went to use the lady’s room before my appointment and I was giggling with my friend bcs I almost ran out of toilet paper (no one’s fault) so I was on my way to tell front desk (they were so sweet) and NATHALIE pokes her head and asks me what’s the problem IN A RUDE MEAN WAY, she proceeds to follow me to the front desk? I told her I AM ON MY WAY TO TELL THE FRONT DESK THAT I TOOK THE LAST TOILET PAPER ROLL(not too sure why she was being so rude? Was it bcs I was giggling with my friend?) so of course with that ATTITUDE you think I want to get waxed by her?! It’s about feeling comfortable with your waxer? So I asked the sweet girls in the front if I can switch and they said no problem, then NATHALIEEEEE scolded at the poor girls in front of everyone. Is she the owner? Crazy part is I took my friend & she also had a wax & we drove out of town just for yall. We both WILL NEVER BE BACK!

Mary Jane was personable and friendly. She discussed every step with me and made me very comfortable. The prices are clearly explained on the website and are very reasonable. I will absolutely be going back in a month!

Charged to reschedule when I had an emergency arise. I called and they wouldn’t allow me to reschedule and charged me for my visit anyway since I had a card on file.

Destiny is always pleasant and does a great job! She is always aware of temperature and checks often to make sure I'm okay.
