I had my very first waxing experience with McKenzie at Honey Bunny, and I couldn’t have asked for a better introduction! She made the entire process completely painless and surprisingly enjoyable. McKenzie has such a warm, welcoming personality and is incredibly knowledgeable about her craft — I felt comfortable and cared for from the moment I walked in. The entire staff at Honey Bunny was friendly and professional. If I could give 10/10 stars, I absolutely would. The professional I had was amazing. It was my first wax. At my initial appointment she recommended that I wait one more week for a better experience. I appreciated her care and concern to ensure I would have the best result possible. When I came in today she greeted me with a smile and kept me comfortable during the whole process. I get a little talkative when I'm nervous and she rolled with it naturally. She explained aftercare in detail, and what I could expect going forward. She also took the time to answer all my questions. I wasn't expecting such a positive and comfortable first experience, but she earned my business.
