The professional I had was amazing. It was my first wax. At my initial appointment she recommended that I wait one more week for a better experience. I appreciated her care and concern to ensure I would have the best result possible. When I came in today she greeted me with a smile and kept me comfortable during the whole process. I get a little talkative when I'm nervous and she rolled with it naturally. She explained aftercare in detail, and what I could expect going forward. She also took the time to answer all my questions. I wasn't expecting such a positive and comfortable first experience, but she earned my business. I requested her for my next appointment. My wax looks amazing too!

I have been a customer for over 8 years. I called this morning as soon as they opened to change my appointment from tomorrow evening to the following week. even though I called over a day in advance (34 hrs ahead of appointment) to reschedule it is considered a cancellation & you are charged 35% of your services. I have never missed an appointment & this is how loyal customers are treated. I hate to look elsewhere as the esthetician I've seen for all these years incredible.
