I had LOT's of questions and Higher Ground answered them all and made me feel like they were glad to. Easy to talk to and very customer orientated. I had several other companies come and give me bids also. I felt like their salesman were not as knowledge and just wanted to sell me the job. Went with Higher Ground and SO HAPPY I DID. They kept me informed EVERY step of the way. Showed up when they scheduled and performed EXCELLENT work. I was so impressed with the job, from start to finish. We have used Higher Ground 2 times and both times we had a good experience. We had excess water run-off and needed drains. We checked with other companies about the best way to fix our solution and Higher Grounds was the most professional and had the best solution, so we used them. They were always very reliable, came when they said they would, and the men who put our drains in did a wonderful job.They were very neat, friendly, and cleaned up when they were finished. The french drains with decorative stones look really good. We highly recommend Higher Ground and are so glad we decided to use them.

These guys have solved some major drainage issues that our general contractor left us with. They also did final grading and seeded the whole yard and it looks great and drains perfectly. They showed up when they said they would, cared about what they did, and left our property clean and tidy and looking great.
