It took several trips to get the job completed versus the 2-4 days quoted. It was often just 1 man completing the job. Fence built in 2021 but having many issues with with already in 2023. Spending more money to repair the work. Posts were only put in 1 foot deep and not 2 feet deep.

I had several companies in the Chattanooga area quite a 30 foot wood privacy fence, 6 feet tall. Heritage provided the fastest and the most affordable quote. They knocked it out in a few hours and would definitely recommend and will be using again in the future.

I can't say enough great things about this company. From the day I requested a quote until the job was finished, it has been a pleasure. Richard came out not once but a few times as I kept changing the requested area to be fenced. He also spoke with my neighbors and answered their questions as well! (And they had plenty believe me) Then there is the crew. I can't believe that such awesome workers still exist. They showed up when they said they would and kept me in the loop the entire build. They were professional, personable and also had a great sense of humor. Domenic and Jay (and entire crew) paid attention to details and did a fantastic job in a short amount of time. I am not sure where you find people like this anymore, but Heritage has them. If you want quality work, hire these guys!

These guys are awesome !! Very respectful . Came when they told me they were gonna be there . And did exactly wat I wanted but even better .. definitely would recommend these guys to anyone ....!!!!

I have tried emailing several times as well as calling and nothing. My 7000$ fence is now leaning. It would be nice if I could get some sort of response from them.

Paid for a small repair job in January. They say it'll be the middle of February. They then delay. Then I don't hear from them in a month. Then they say the've been delayed. It's March. I wait a bit longer and ask them to refund my money. No response. No refund. No fixed fence. Beware.

BUYER BEWARE!!!When we first hired this company, we thought it would be a team of individuals coming out to install the fence in a timely, professional and sturdy process. It is just ONE man, Philip, that will come to install your fence, with no help. He had no help to set materials on the side of our house, which is assumingly why he put a hole into our siding as he dropped the heavy vinyl pallets onto the side of our house. The process was painfully delayed over several weeks - probably due to the fact that they are from Chattanooga and were trying to make business 200 miles away. Once installed, we immediately pointed out several large gaps between the vinyl privacy planks, which Philip explained was needed so that the planks can expand in the heat - I'm sorry it is excessive if we can stick a finger through the gap, Philip just did not want to cut another piece of plank and wanted to make his 200 mile drive back home. Upon inspecting the fence line from a neighboring property, we notice that the fence is arguably the most crooked fence in the neighborhood, something that was not as easily noticeable looking straight out into the back yard. The worst came recently when the last post which was set into cement has come entirely loose from the cement, making the fence fall over and lose the planks. Looking into the hole that was supposed to set the post with plenty of concrete, we can see that there was a half asked amount of concrete used which only filled one side of the hole that was dug for the post. With this being the last post that was set by this one man, and the track record building up to this point, we only assume that he ran out of concrete and tried to make the best of what he had left. When contacting this company to come fix this last post for us, we are greeted with a rude and heartless text message stating that they don't service our City anymore. Funny how they just installed the fence less than a year ago and sold us on the fact that they would come fix anything wrong with it. When mentioning that fact, it only brought them to say that they think it looks like wind damage and they won't fix that anyways, then they proceed to remind that they simply don't service our City anymore and will not help, period. This has got to be the absolute worst experience we have ever had with any company. This place should be put out of business before they ruin more people's homes. Buyers beware - there are WAY better fence companies out there for your home.

We had them install a vinyl fence back in August. While they were polite and courteous, the work they did is not nearly worth the amount of money we paid. The posts are not in a straight line, which means our entire fence is all out of whack, that is very easily visible. This has also caused the top parts of our fence to disconnect whenever we get hard wind. We live in a new development where almost everyone is getting fences, and I am sad so say I cannot suggest this company tp them (actually even had a few neighbors comment on how uneven our fence is).Service: Vinyl fence installation
