HEP Inc was very efficient with our septic issue. There are several ladies in the office who helped tremendously, Mistie, Kalie, and Megan. Tyler was the first to come and assess our issues and helped with getting thing started. Jimmy and Kenny were very courteous and efficient. They helped us find our septic lid that was buried about 3 feet down. They put a riser so now we'll be able to have it serviced much easier. They did minimal damage to the yard and put straw to keep it clean in the area. John took little time with the cleaning out of the septic and made zero mess.
