    I started my journey with Forte Fitness in September 2021 with a friend doing sessions together on lunch break. Emily is the lucky lady who helped us with building our personal fitness goals and she has done a wonderful job accommodating our unique situations, athletically. I started seeing her solo to further my progress, and today I count Emily as a part of my support system in my journey to reach all my goals. She helps keep me consistent in my progress, is a wonderful listening ear, and encourages me every step of the way.     Forte Fitness has been my training home for the past several years and I love it more and more every week! Trainers are super attentive to my needs and good about keeping workouts fresh and challenging so I don’t plateau, plus the environment is friendly and positive, yet focused on my development and progress. Definitely recommend Forte for all fitness levels and health goals!

    Forte fitness is a personal training studio offering three private training suites.I am particular about who I train with. It’s a personal policy to have someone with a collegiate background in exercise science/kinesiology. They have a roster of trainers who meet that requirement.My trainer is Connor. His workouts are tailored to your goals and ability, tracking weight/strength progress and developing a long-term plan that sees results and pushes your limit, but in a totally safe way.
