Everything about Quantum is next level! I have been an Ultra MTB athlete and Coach for most of my life and needed to find my way back to fitness following several surgeries.Matt runs a great program and facilities and is a class act. Mike and Kaylee are not only excellent trainers but also very friendly, funny, caring, and dialed-in. They keep it interesting with a wide variety of different exercises and full workouts that are tailored to my goals and half-broken body.
