I had an emergency C-section on June 4th and could not have asked for a better experience with the nurses, doctors, and support staff. As a first-time mom, I was nervous and had so many questions, but the level of guidance, education, and compassion I received made me feel confident and cared for every step of the way.
The team went above and beyond to support both me and my baby boy, and it reassured me that I made the right choice in choosing Erlanger East for our delivery. I am so grateful for the care we received and would highly recommend Erlanger East to any expecting moms looking for an exceptional birth experience.
I was admitted this week after some serious surgery. Stefanie Conley taking care on the third floor was so very caring. She was bussy all day but found time to .are sure my needs were covered every request. She did not rush the task and was knowable and professional.!
Yesterday took my wife that couldn’t even move or talk and pail white to the emergency room I walked in and told them I needed help cause she was past out one of the nurses black hair there super rude said she has to be checked in I had to literally carry my wife out the car and put her in the wheelchair, after that my wife not even able to move or talk made us wait 30 minutes and during that time I asked for water and same nurse said “she can’t have water cause I’m not going to clean any throw up” never in my life I don’t care even if your not a nurse you can’t talk to someone like that in such a delicated emergency, after 40...read full review
