THESE PEOPLE ARE THE BEST! I took my cat Bats, a 10 week old stray who was born in my backyard and was sick as hell, and East Ridge had him back to full health in no time. You can tell they actually care about animals & aren’t one of these straight for profit places that are run like a Bel Air plastic surgery clinic you see everywhere these days. None of this “drop off only” crap, and they perform up to date & alternative treatments and give you the choice with very competitive prices. I’m only taking my best friend to these people for whatever he needs.

I had to bring my little 21-year-old Bichon in to be put to sleep. Dr Durden is the kindest veterinarian I've ever met. Everyone in the office is so kind and so compassionate I will never go anywhere else. Everyone in this office really does care.

I can't leave zero stars but they killed my dog they gave her carprofen knowing she was on phenobarbital and I shut down her liver

Sarah Ann was so helpful and friendly when getting Opie scheduled! The veterinarian and assistant were extremely friendly and gentle with him, I was given additional helpful information for him aging as well. Thank you guys!

My wife and I visit East Ridge Animal Hosptial often with our fur babies and always feel welcomed and heard! The reception staff are kind and take your concerns seriously, and the vets do an excellent job at identifying our dogs’ issues and consulting with us on the best treatment options. This is the best vet office around. Thanks, Dr. Durden and everyone else for taking such great care of our girls!

They are all wonderful from the time I walked in there to the time I left, very friendly and welcoming! They showed care and concern for my little dog. They communicated everything and made sure I understood everything and even called with checkups !
