Needed backflow testing for our business. Gave them a call, they were incredibly friendly, as in family run business friendly, and were out here asap. Our backflow was tested and reported all for less than $100. Couldn't have asked for a smoother experience.
I work at a place we need constant repair/maintenance, and it's a constant struggle with third party answering services, long waits, days for parts. East brained plumbing is one of the only companies I can rely on. Always talk to someone in their office and they have someone to me right away. Never had a single issue with any work they've done for me, and Its minimum once a month for the past 8 years
