After calling just about every RV tech in Chattanooga, we found ourselves with Cummins as our only option to have our RV's onboard generator looked at. I wish I would have just called them first, because the customer service here is out of this world. Cory took my initial call, and really took the time to chat about our problems, concerns, and questions. He was patient offered genuine advice and recommendations taking into consideration some of our concerns with our warranty. Ultimately, Cory's willingness to take our call is what led to us committing to bringing our issue to them. We were in a difficult situation and at first were hesitant about bringing in our RV for generator service (reviews can be fickle). I was immediately put at ease when someone from Cummins pulled up next to us on the street while we were searching for the service entrance and pointed us in the right direction.
Dan did a great job communicating options to repair our generator keeping us up to date on progress as they stripped down our unit and my family plus pets occupied their lounge. In the end it was clear the cost of the repair would exceed the cost of a new unit. Dan and Jansen's honest and clear options and expertise were appreciated.

On a recent trip south we were stranded in Dalton Ga with a red stop engine lamp. Cummins Chattanooga did an amazing job of getting us in quickly, diagnosing the issue, and solving the problem. All within a matter of hours... It is never fun to need repair on a diesel pusher, but they stepped up and really came in clutch. Every part of that operation was first class, and we are very thankful we ended up there for help!
