Crawlspace Medic of Chattanooga

All I can say is WOW! Crawl Space Medic went FAR above and beyond any expectations that I could have for a company.

From start to finish, their customer service was impeccable. They answered all of my calls and many questions, and did so in a way that was Easily understood but not at all condescending.

I had originally called around to a few different companies to get a handful of bids to compare, and they were the only one that didn’t put down anyone else’s work or push a sale on me.

I had flooding that destroyed my basement and my belongings, so money was tight but they worked with me on price, and even did some extra work to ensure no water would get in again — and all for free.

They took every step that they should in order to complete the project, and then some.

The shining star of this experience however was their integrity. At Every point in the project, they had someone double checking the work and a system of checks and balances in place to ensure that everything was done to the absolute highest standard.

They were all open, honest, and open to answering questions and having their work reviewed, with no scrutiny or argument — which was huge to me because I’ve been taken advantage of by contractors before.

They’re a small business, family oriented, no subcontractors— they just make a living by serving others.

Truly good people and truly good work. I could not recommend them more!

We had Jeff, from Crawlspace Medic come out to do an inspection on our crawlspace this Spring after several weeks of heavy rains. Our house was built in the 1920's, and we wanted to make sure that we were proactive in eliminating moisture from the crawlspace/ basement. Jeff did a very thorough inspection, and we learned that there was a bit of moisture seeping through one of the walls. They provided us with several different options for preventing this. Perhaps the most helpful part of our experience with Crawlspce Medic was that they thoroughly educated us on how the moisture was getting in, and how the different preventative techniques worked. I came away with a much better understanding of the issues. We had a very positive experience; they were very prompt and professional, and I would recommend their services to anyone looking to ensure the longevity of their homes.

Wow. Only great things to say about Chattanooga's branch of Crawlspace medic. My wife and I recently bought a house, where we had two licensed professionals tell us half of our crawlspace was "inaccessible" due to low clearance/duct work. This led to inconclusive inspections etc. etc. Jeff came out to our house and did not shy away from the tough task of inspecting nearly 100% of our crawlspace. He educated me and allowed me to join in looking under our house while he showed me what was good/bad, and gave us more info than we have received thus far. He shot us straight, letting us know our crawlspace had some room for improvement, but nothing critical in need of repairing ASAP. We now have peace of mind and a few options to improve our crawlspace in the future once we are settled in our home.
