I was moving to the Chattanooga area from out of state when my mortgage originator introduced me to Realtor Kendall Richards. I found Kendall to be very knowledgeable, polite, and extremely patient. We went over my list of “must-haves.” It wasn’t a long list, but it turned out to be difficult to find all of them in one home. If I had to guess, I’d say we looked at over 40 homes before we finally found the one! Forty may sound excessive—and it certainly felt that way to me. Unfortunately, I have mold allergies, and mold cannot be detected in listing photos or descriptions.
